Originally based in Holland, WSI was originally Tematoys, which was formed in 1994 and merged with WSI officially in 2006. Later in 2014, WSI merged with Chinese company Wan-Ho who possessed over thirty years' worth of experience producing scale model vehicles and who were more than equipped to deal with the high level of quality WSI customers and collectors had come to expect.
