Our Products

Most of our products are new direct from the factory ,however we do buy in collections and single items that are Obsolete. Generally these items are in New/Mint condition unless stated and will be marked as used . Pre owned items that do not meet this criteria will not be displayed. 

Pre Orders

New Models are available to Pre order. These items carry a zero price tag or with the estimated release price marked in the description of the item.
Customers will be notified when the order becomes available with the full price of the item based on the currency exchange at the time of Delivery into the UK.
Customers will be notified of the outstanding balance owed inclusive of the postal charges.
Pre orders are free at ADMT with no upfront deposit. We base our orders on pre orders from our customers. We see a pre order as a commit to purchase when the model comes available. In the order email there will be 7 days to communicate with us if customers wish to cancel. ADMT reserve the right to cancel future customer pre orders if we are not notified within the seven days.

Payment methods accepted are:
 

Paypal, Bank transfers,credit debit cards.

(in GB Pounds) payable to Anglo dutch Model trucks Ltd. However we do hold bank accounts in Euros and  Australian Dollar if you wish to pay to these accounts. Please contact us in advance.

Shipping:

All models will be sent by our designated Courier,delivery usually  next day

All models sent to europe will be sent via our selected Courier.

packed to the highest standards using high quality packing materials

Shipping charges are shown at checkout.

Please note , as the UK has now left the EU , customs charges may be applicable on delivery of goods to other countries .

ADMT will not be responsible for any fees relating to customs charges and any returns arising from refusal of delivery due to these charges.

Delivery of goods outside of the UK will be shipped to the address on the order only.

Security policy:

Secure online payment and hand held terminal payment systems are in operation .No records of card details are stored by us at anytime as per the Data protection act and PCSi DSS Compliance.
 In the event of a fraudulant transaction Anglo dutch Model trucks Ltd will not be held liable for costs involved with identity theft.

Returns Policy:

Anglo Dutch Model Trucks offer a no quibble money
back guarantee on any faulty item purchased from Anglo Dutch Model Trucks . Items should be returned back to ADMT in the original packaging within 14 days of Receipt. Return postage will be returned to the buyer for faulty items on receipt of the item at ADMT. International returns must be declared as such as we will not be resposible for Customs Charges and this will affect the refund amount.This does not include returns from Customer refusals due to non payment of Custom/ courier charges .
